About Me:
Hello my name is Nicole Ferreira and I'm seventeen years old. I'm originally from a place called Namibia in Africa but I've been in Australia for 6 years. I'm also half german even though I cant speak german very well. I can speak afrikaans though. And, ja, I have a twin brother and 2 older sisters. I love God, guitar/music, art, photography and traveling!.....oh and also food. They are my passions. Hmmm...Dunno what else to say...

Hey Nicole! that is so awesome that you may have found a place to do DTS. what do your parents think about it? you're coming up here to Impact Summer this year, right? I am asking around to see if anyone knows anything about that ywam base. I'll get back to you when i find out more. How is your school year ending up? Hope everything is going well with you!

Nicole! Sounds awesome if you were to do a DTS. Honestly, i'm not surprised that you're thinking about doing a DTS because it just fits you. You can do a DTS pretty much anywhere in the world, you can choose whether you would like to do a general one (that's what I did) or one with a focus (ie. music, justice, healthcare). The best thing you can do is pray about it (I know it sounds cliche but it's true). God may already be speaking to you about a certain place or certain type that you should do. I would suggest that after you've prayed about it and looked into the different locations and what they offer that you'd let me know what you're thinking because I might be able to help you. Here are the locations that I've heard of people going and they were positive: tyler, texas, perth, newcastle, new zealand, switzerland, france, and south africa. Anyways, I'd love to help you get there so feel free ask for advice whether it be about finances, locations, topics, hearing god's voice, anything... cool well hope you have a good day.

Hey Necole! I was thinking about you today... how are you doing? I can't believe that you've only got a few weeks left of school! That is so cool. I should be here for Impact Summer cause I don't plan on going anywhere. My family is thinking about coming here for Christmas this year... I really hope they do! Do you have anything fun planned for the rest of this year? Alright, catch ya later! bye.

hey Nicole! How are you doing? Okay so I can't believe it is already March. I just got back in Australia after visiting home for 3 weeks. Home was great, I really enjoyed being back with the family and just hanging out my friends that have known for a long time. Things just seemed normal, which is good. Now I am in Sydney attending a seminar for Mission Adventures - the program I have been trying to start in Townsville. How's everything going with you? How has school been going? Are you in your last year now? If so, that is craziness. Cool, well we should talk sometime... I'll be back in Tville next week settling back in so maybe the week after. But yeah, I wanna catch up with you so yeah. Let me know how you've been. ttyl. bye.

hey Nicole,
Hope all is going well for you on your holiday. We were just chatting about you guys the other day with Jess W and jess V. We were wondering what you guys were doing? What great food you guys are eating? How the flight might have gone? Then we got right off the topic and talked about who you might end up marrying? LOL . That's what happens when you lie out on the grass on a clear night looking at the starry sky. But then we decided that God had better make that descision and hopefully even when you are all graduated, setled and married you will all stay in touch with each other and meet up somewhere along the ridges. if that is God's will.
Anyhow back on the topic again....I am writting to hope that you and your family have a terrific Christmas and a blessed New Year in 2009. Take good care and remember you are always on my prayers ( oh and Dom too of course, LOL) Bless you all.
