- I am a year 10 student currently studying at Heatherton Christian College in Melbourne. I am waiting to be 17 next year on the 7th of july. Working at gloria jeans cafe, southland. I visited the Townsville YWAM base in September 09, this was the best time of my life! I am in a family of five, my mum, dad, and two younger brothers. I was born in the U.S, Virginia, Blacksburg and moved to Australia, Melbourne at the age of 2. I absolutely love sports like theres no tomorow and footy goes down alright, saints woo! I love spending time with my friends, shopping, going to the beach and chilling together. I am having the time of my life never looking back. Facebook me :)

I miss YWAM base so much, the environment was just filled with the spirit of God. The DTS team was so energetic, dynamic and always gave me a fresh emotion. I greatly appreciated all the effort and work you put in the mission adventure for us! You made it fun, and thrilling. Every moment in Townsville was indescribable. All I can say is that it was very enjoyable and lively all the time! We were touched by everything you had to say and our lifestyle has been changed forever. All of the Heatherton Christian College students had committed our lives to the Lord, whether for the first time or again. I am excited to see my new life in action, to see my relationship with God grow continuously in my life. God has blessed the DTS team and staff with a heart for teenagers and missions, and it clearly shows. Your love was encouraging to all of us. I hope you are always encouraged to do this, since your mission adventure team is amazing at it! We will keep you in our prayers.
