At a special Thanksgiving ceremony, YWAM Reef to Outback staff celebrated friends, family, and of course - all of the wonderful things that happened in the last year of serving here in Australia. To remind us of some of the fun stories and victories along the way, the lovely Joanna Orpia put...
When YWAM RTO staff member Jonathan Spainhour showed up to a morning tea with a handful of fliers advertising a donut flavour and naming contest, his fellow staff went wild. Everything from a Peanut Butter and Jelly donut to a Compassionfruit donut was submitted and conversations surrounding the...

Hi everyone!
Our July DTS has been on outreach for two weeks now and we have already heard back from them some simply amazing stories! New Zealand team visited a local church in New Zealand where we were invited to lunch with the congregation to the pastor’s home. They enjoyed the fellowship and...

As for my "words" I did not copy and paste! Those were from the heart. Although I do with my e-mails. I just e-mailed my mom, copied pasted, edited, and then out to all my friends. My mom knows I told her. I wat telling her about a concert we did last night, and I wanted averyone else to know how it went, but didn' want to write the same thing all over again. So if it's stories I will copy and paste I'll admit.
The April DTS is really good. I just came back from outreach with the one that just graduated. They went up to the Cape York(northern Australia) You can only go during this time of the year becuase the roads are dry. THere's a lot of 4x4ing(me& my parents flew becuase we were only up there for a week) we worked in the indiginous communities wich address some of the injustices that I talked about earlier. We did evangelical campaigns and saw a huge responce. THere were prayers answered that I & we as a base have been praying for, for years! It was such a good expirence. My parents had come out to visit me and I took them with me for their first missions trip which was so cool. My dad got to see God stop the rain, and my mom lead some women to the Lord. It was Great!
As for ontario, I've never been but I'm glad you've been to my country. I go to the US at least once a year( I live 30min from the border, well until I moved to Aus) but I've never been to the east. Only the west coast.
It's been great "talking" to you, talk to you soon.

My current most-llistened to bands are The Showdown and Daughtry... Daughtry you must know even though his album is a couple years old... The Showdown... lesser known but still probably my current favorite.
I do have to run, though, gotta grab my gear for Youth Street! Peace!
and yeah. YWAM is on my list of spontaneous things to do before I get tied down by loans and such. I went to a private school my first year of college last year, but decided to stay home for my second year. Now my possible plans include independent missions in Thailand with a few friends, missions and working in Guatemala for a few months living with family and such, doing DTS in YWAM Australia, and/or studying abroad in Israel. Soooo I have a lot to think about...still need to get some sort of degree and then it will all be set I guess. Pretty excited for what God has set out for me tho! Well nice talking. Hope Ak and Australia and whatever else you have dreamed up works out for ya!
