Prayer Requests

Please be praying for the following:

Finances.....that God would give me new strategies to raise the funds that I will need for another outreach this year.

That the Lord would continue to challenge me daily and I will be able to continue to grow in deeper relationship with him as I staff the October DTS.

Thanks :o)

God is so generous!!

So, we are just a week an a half away from heading to Papua New Guinea for our first outreach and I am once again blown away by God's generosity toward me and the generosity of those I know!! In the past week I have seen over $1500 come in in donations towards getting me to PNG! I love that God always provides for all that I need, I even found out that I needed to get my passport renewed before I could go just last week and the money for that came in too!!

About Me:
donate online I was born in Australia, raised in Jersey in the Channel Islands and now am back in Australia, loving life here. I joined YWAM Reef to Outback at the start of 2009 after spending 2008 doing my Discipleship Training School and Biblical Core Course. I love what I do here, staffing DTS, it is such an amazing tool to see young people get to really know who God is and find their purpose in life...then see them go out and give hope and purpose to others! I couldn't think of anything better to be doing with my life!

Hi Helen!
Thanks for the note! Actually, I'm getting more and more excited and somehow I'm really looking forward to leaving my usual surrounding and start this adventure with my Jesus! At the same time I'm enjoying the last days here with my dear friends and family!!!
I'm doing well in this preperation time and God is really blessing me!
Thank you for all your prayers! it's great... and powerful! You could pray that everything works out with my flight and that my baggage doesnt get lost!!! And also that the goodbyes go well and my heart stays protected with God's peace and joy.
I'm looking forward to meeting you in person! May you be richly blessed! Jess
