Well Ywamers, I write this feeling slightly deflated....Just about sent a huge long email to my family and lost the whole thing. Don't you hate when that happens? Well each day is drawing me closer to July DTS and the reality of that hasn't yet sunk in. Perhaps it will hit me on the plane on the way to townsville!! :) I just feel compelled to praise God. I don't have all the finances for the tuition but I can't let that steal my joy or thanks giving unto God. Today the guest speaker at church was talking about how in every season we should be praising and thanking God, especially the hard times. Well so far I can only testify to God's goodness and grace. In getting ready to come to YWAM, I've started some fundraising - this being my prayer poems printed onto nice postcards. I haven't sold very many but thanks to the generosity of church family, I have raised £650 to date in the space of almost 2 weeks - PRAISE GOD!! I may not raise all the funds through these postcards but I'm off to a good start and I can only point the finger at the One who gave me the gifts and stirred the hearts of… Continue
