Our leadership training is for people with a desire to grow in their leadership or are proven leaders and want to use their abilities in the midst of a caring vibrant youth ministry! The best part about doing the SLI is that it doesn't stop here. Once you have completed the Staff Leadership Internship you can continue on with Reef to Outback in a variety of ministry and outreach opportunities giving you a broad exposure to ministry. The SLI is excellent preparation for the next step within YWAM or beyond! The first step in this stream is the completion of a Discipleship Training School.
