Join Staff
To join our staff at Reef to Outback - YWAM the training stream you will need to complete is a Discipleship Training School (DTS) then enroll in our Leadership Stream.
Do you consider yourself a leader or one in the making? The Internship will give you a variety of opportunities to grow in your faith while using your practical skills in a live/learn community. Opportunities range from staffing schools, working in community life, youth ministries, community engagement and base operations. The SLI will strengthen and develop you effectively in many spheres of life so that you can use your abilities in the midst of a vibrant youth ministry.
After the SLI it doesn't stop there. Upon completion continue with Reef to Outback in a variety of ministry and outreach opportunities. It's an excellent preparation for the next step within YWAM or beyond!
